Client complaints contacts
Clients are requested, wherever possible, to submit all complaints in writing to assist UBS AG / UBS Switzerland AG with resolving the complaint satisfactorily and to ensure proper record keeping in line with the requirements of the South African FAIS Act. All information and supporting documentation relevant to the complaint should be included with the complaint. Any client complaint should be submitted via your Relationship Manager/Client Advisor.
Should the client wish to pursue their complaint further in South Africa, then a complaint to the FAIS Ombudsman can be submitted (within the space of six months).
