UBS provides a telemedicine option available through a partnership with each of our health insurance carriers: Aetna (Teledoc), Cigna (MD Live) and Anthem (LiveHealth Online). The telemedicine option is accessible through each of the carriers' mobile app or through their website. Employees must create a profile on the carrier's telemedicine site prior to first use.
Under the UBS Core and Core Plus medical plans, telehealth services are completely free— no copay, no deductible. Just care, on your schedule.

Flu vaccinations are available at no cost to employees, their spouse/partner and covered. dependents 18+ years of age (even if you aren’t covered by a UBS-sponsored medical plan).
Option 1: Visit a participating UBS Employee Health Center
We have arranged for the safe administration of free flu shots at the UBS Employee Health Centers located in Weehawken, Nashville, Raleigh and New
York.

Option 2: Visit a participating pharmacy
UBS is providing flu shot vouchers for the 2026-2027 flu season. The voucher included in the brochure you received at your home can be redeemed one time through January 31, 2027, for a no-cost trivalent flu shot at a participating pharmacy.
