The CEPT is a complementary data format to the EPT. The CEPT RHP template has been established to allow PRIIP manufacturer investing in other PRIIPs to receive calculated figures for Holding Periods that may differ from the RHP of the underlying PRIIP.
The European MiFID II Template (EMT) is an indicative driven by FinDatEx (Financial Data Exchange Templates) – FinDatEx is a joint structure established by representatives of the European financial services sector with the view to coordinate, organise and carry out standardisation work to facilitate the exchange of data between stakeholders in application of European Financial markets legislation.

The European ESG Template (EET) is an indicative driven by FinDatEx (Financial Data Exchange Templates) – FinDatEx is a joint structure established by representatives of the European financial services sector with the view to coordinate, organise and carry out standardisation work to facilitate the exchange of data between stakeholders in application of European Financial markets legislation.
The DC Workplace Pension Template (DCPT) is a template developed jointly by ABI (Association of British Insurers) and IA (Investment Association) working group to provide transaction costs disclosure for Defined Contribution workplace pensions scheme in the UK.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1156 on facilitating cross-border distribution of collective investment undertakings, this is a non-exhaustive summary of investor rights that are available to investors (“Investors) in funds managed by a UBS fund management company (“Funds”).
The exercise by an Investor of these rights is further subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Fund constitutive documents i.e. the Prospectus, Articles of Association / Management Regulations or similar legal documents required to establish a fund. Please note that Investors may also be afforded rights under other legislation or regulatory frameworks not covered in this summary, including for example, investors rights as a data subject under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Right of information
Investors are entitled, upon request, to receive information and documents about the Funds, as required by applicable law, as further described in the constitutive documents of the Fund, from the respective Fund Management Company. Additional information such as the complaints handling procedure, conflict of interest rules or voting strategy can be requested and may also be available on the Fund Management Company’s website, via the links below.
2. Right to file Complaints
Investors are entitled to file complaints free of charge with the respective Fund Management Company. Please follow the below links to the respective Fund Management Companies complaints handling procedures.
3. Right to Collective Redress
The European Directive (2020/1828) on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers provides for the establishment of an appeal mechanism for consumers. This directive should be transposed into national legislations by 25 June 2023. In the meantime, Investors are encouraged to resolve any claims submitted through the respective Fund Management Company’s complaints handling procedure or through other applicable out-of-court complaint resolution mechanisms including the respective collective redress mechanisms at national level.
4. Cessation of cross-border marketing activities
Funds may have been notified for distribution in several EU Member States. The respective Fund Management Company may decide to terminate such arrangements made for the marketing of the Funds in accordance with art. 93a of Directive (2009/65) and art. 32a of Directive (2011/61).
