This information contains an overview of monetary benefits that UBS Switzerland AG (“UBS”) receives from Worldline Schweiz AG (“Worldline”) for the referral of Worldline to UBS clients and prospects.

In particular, UBS advertises Worldline’s payment solutions (payment terminals and E-commerce Solutions) to appropriate UBS clients and prospects and directs them to Worldline.

Monetary benefits may lead to conflicts of interests on the part of UBS. They may in particular create incentives for UBS to refer Worldline over other companies paying no, or less, monetary benefits. UBS has appropriate organizational measures in place in order to mitigate the risks resulting from such conflict of interests.

1. Monetary benefits
   UBS receives a maximum share of 0.4% of the total processing volume, which is generated by Worldline from a referred UBS client from.
   By way of illustration:
   A UBS client processes a yearly transaction volume of total CHF 100’000 with Worldline. UBS in this case receives a maximum of CHF 400 (0.4%).
2. Waiver on monetary benefits
   The UBS client agrees that UBS fully retains any monetary benefits received from Worldline and herewith expressly waives the respective right to receive any monetary benefits. The UBS client acknowledges that this arrangement deviates from the statutory right to claim for restitution according to art. 400 para. 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations or any other statutory provision with similar content.
