Switch to digital bank documents

How do I switch to digital bank documents (e-documents)?

It takes only a few minutes to switch to digital bank documents in e-banking. You can even access your documents on the move with digital banking or UBS Safe.

  1. Log on to e-banking.
  2. Navigate to “Settings” at top right.
  3. Select “Delivery of bank documents”
  4. Go to the dropdown menu, select “Everything electronically” and save your choice.
To e-banking
  1. Log on to mobile banking.
  2. Go to Profile > Settings.
  3. Select “Documents > Manage document delivery”.
  4. Go to Delivery and select “Everything electronically” to receive digital bank documents.
