The new conference center

One of Switzerland's most modern seminar and conference buildings

Around 20 seminar and conference rooms of various sizes are available for external and UBS events. The new building meets the highest standards of sustainable construction, with Minergie-P-Eco certification, photovoltaic systems, geothermal probes, and charging stations for electric cars in the underground car park. Innovative IT and audio-visual technology, and one of the largest LED walls in Switzerland (10.8 x 3.4 meters) make this one of Switzerland's state-of-the-art seminar and conference buildings.

The new conference building was designed by Zurich-based architects Arndt Geiger Herrmann and was completed in the spring of 2020, replacing the previous building built by Rudolf and Esther Guyer between 1972 and 1975. Architecturally, it forms a unit with the three-part hotel wing, also built by Arndt Geiger Herrmann, which was completed in 2008 after three years of construction. Thanks to their deliberately low height, the new buildings blend in well with their rural surroundings. Both the conference center and the hotel building offer transparency, clear lines and consideration for the landscape and the unique location of Château Wolfsberg.
