Redemption of UBS Group AG senior unsecured notes
Zurich, 1 March 2024 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding EUR 1.5bn 1.000% Callable Senior Notes with ISIN CH1168499791 (the "Notes") on the optional redemption date, being 21 March 2024. The last trading day of the Notes will be 19 March 2024.
The Notes were issued by UBS Group AG on 21 March 2022 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
