Meet Andrea – A lawyer heading up the Russian Desk? Yup, you read that right. She shied away from the traditional career path, and instead made some brave lateral moves that brought her where she is today. She’s a big fan of agile working, and wants everyone in her department (and across the firm!) to take advantage of the agile methodologies we live and practice every day.
