UBS Asset Management completes merger of Credit Suisse Asset Management (Schweiz) AG with UBS Asset Management Switzerland AG

Zurich, 2 September 2024 – UBS Asset Management announces that it has reached an important milestone with the completion of the merger of Credit Suisse Asset Management (Schweiz) AG with and into UBS Asset Management Switzerland AG.

As of 30 August 2024, Credit Suisse Asset Management (Schweiz) AG has been deregistered from the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zurich and has ceased to exist as a separate entity. UBS Asset Management Switzerland AG has succeeded to all the rights and obligations of Credit Suisse Asset Management (Schweiz) AG.

This follows the merger earlier this year of our Swiss Fund Management Companies, as well as key Asset Management legal entity transactions outside Switzerland including in the US, EMEA and APAC (China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore).
