Zurich, 18 December 2024 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding EUR 1,500,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Callable Notes due January 2026 with ISIN CH0591979635 on the optional redemption date, 16 January 2025. The last trading day of the Notes will be 14 January 2025. The notes were issued by Credit Suisse Group AG on 18 January 2021 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
