Zurich, 13 March 2025 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding EUR 2,000,000,000 3.250 per cent Fixed Rate Reset Senior Callable Notes (the “Notes”) due 2026 with ISIN CH0537261858 on the optional redemption date, 2 April 2025. The last trading day of the Notes will be 31 March 2025. The Notes were issued by Credit Suisse Group AG on 2 April 2020 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
