Verbier has the most expensive vacation homes in the Alps. Overall, prices for Swiss vacation homes have risen by just under 4% in the last four quarters. We expect them to stagnate this year. In this study, we analyze the real estate markets in 33 Swiss holiday destinations using a broad range of indicators. Additionally, we examine several top Alpine holiday destinations outside of Switzerland.
