Alejandro is responsible for the FIM desks in the European domestic locations since 1st April 2022. In addition to the FIM role he is also Head of WM Monaco, Spain and Portugal. He joined UBS in 2013 as Head of the UHNW segment for WM America. In 2017 he was asked to lead the entire WM business of Latin America and later he relocated to Miami to manage the integration of the UHNW & GFO International businesses in the US and Europe for Latin America. In 2021 he became Country Head for UBS (Monaco) S.A.

He began his career working for the Pan American Bank in Miami. In 2000, he joined the Miami branch of Deutsche Bank AG and then moved to Geneva, where he most recently served as Co Head of the Latin America business. Alejandro has a B.S. in Finance from Florida International University and a Master in International Business from the University of Miami.
