UBS Asset Management completes merger
UBS Asset Management announces completion of the merger of Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A. into UBS Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A. which has been renamed UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A.
Luxembourg, 2 October 2024 – UBS Asset Management has reached an important integration milestone with the completion of the merger of the Credit Suisse and UBS fund management companies in Luxembourg.
As of 1 October 2024, Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A. has been merged with UBS Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A and therefore ceases to exist as a separate legal entity and will be deregistered from the Commercial Register in Luxembourg. UBS Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A. has been renamed UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A. and has succeeded to all the rights and obligations of Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A.
