Alex Leung is the Head of Infrastructure Research & Strategy, which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM).
Alex joined UBS-AM in April 2018. In his current role, he conducts macro and fundamental research on the infrastructure markets, identifies investment opportunities, and develops new investment strategies. Alex is a member of the Investment Committee of UBS’s infrastructure equity and energy storage strategies.
Prior to joining UBS-AM, Alex was a Vice President at Sanford C. Bernstein, a boutique sell-side equity research firm. During his eight years there, he held various positions within the research and trading departments in Hong Kong and New York, covering the global energy, utilities, and industrial sectors.
Alex holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
