Depending on the role you have applied for, we may ask you to complete one or more online suitability assessments. Be sure to check your email for the invitations and their deadlines.

What do our assessments look like?

Cultural Appraiser: You’ll be presented with realistic work scenarios to see how well you align with our culture and values. You can learn about our culture and our three keys to success here.

Cognitive Assessments: Numerical and verbal reasoning measures your ability to draw logical conclusions from complex numerical or verbal information. Logical reasoning will ask you to find logical rules in patterns of symbols and apply them to a different set of patterns. Where possible, be sure to complete tutorials and/or practice questions before you start. Prepare for AON assessments here. 

Coding Challenges: For technical roles, you may be asked to solve coding challenges with real-time feedback powered by HackerRank. Prepare for HackerRank challenges here.

For other tech roles, you might be asked to complete a CodePair challenge. This is a technical interview conducted with our hiring team.

Predictor of Potential: This assessment helps us predict the success of our Client Advisors. We measure natural tendencies, as well as specific traits and competencies needed for front office roles.

Video Interviews: For most roles, we use a one-way video interview platform during the screening process. Video interviews can be completed at a time and place that is convenient for you. Don’t worry though, you can record as many practice interviews as you would like before completing the actual interview. After the interviews, we’ll reach out to you with feedback as soon as possible. If it’s good news, we might ask you for some extra information (credit checks, referrals, etc.), so we can finish up the final screening process.
