To register with UBS TWINT, you can use a private account or a credit card from UBS or another Swiss bank.
You need a Swiss personal account with UBS or another Swiss bank.
Note: Private and business accounts with minor banks that do not belong to the Swiss Payment Infrastructure network (SIC) are not supported.
To transfer money using UBS TWINT, you must have a UBS personal account with a Digital Banking contract, a UBS credit card or prepaid card, or a card from another bank.
Note: Unfortunately, corporate accounts, corporate credit cards, debit cards and Non-Swiss credit cards cannot be registered as payment methods.
If you register a UBS credit card or prepaid card, or a UBS personal account with a Digital Banking contract as your method of payment, you’ll benefit from higher sending and receiving limits. Additionally, you can earn KeyClub points when paying with your UBS credit or prepaid card in stores and in online shops. You can order a UBS credit card via UBS key4 banking.
