Top up your prepaid card

You can also top up your prepaid card on the go.

1. Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
2. Go to " Cards" > "Settings for cards" and select the "Auto top-up" function
3. Select the prepaid card that you want to top up.
4. Fill out the other payment details.
5. The credit will be loaded onto your prepaid card in a few seconds, on any working day and at any time (24/7).

Would you like to top up your prepaid card on a regular basis?

1. Log into the Mobile Banking App
2. Go to "Payments" and click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner. Select "Auto top-up rules" and add a new rule. This way, you will always have the credit you want available.

2. Go to " Cards" > "Settings for cards" and select the "Auto top-up" function
3. Choose the account and then the prepaid card that you want to top up.
4. Fill out the other payment details.
5. Confirm the beneficiary if you’re prompted to do so.
6. The credit will be loaded onto your prepaid card in a few seconds, on any working day and at any time (24/7).
   

Would you like to top up your prepaid card on a regular basis?

1. Log into e-Banking
2. Go to " Cards" > "Settings for cards" and select the "Auto top-up" function
3. Enter new auto top-up rules. This way, you will always have the credit you want available.

If you receive your transaction overview on paper, you can use the enclosed QR-bill to top up your prepaid card.

Simply fill out the amount you want to top up. The amount will be on your prepaid card within two working days (Monday to Friday).

Advice for corporate clients: Corporate cards cannot be topped up using a QR-bill.

1. Use a UBS Customer Card or Debit Card for the top-up.
2. In the main menu, select “Enter payment/standing order.”
3. Enter the 16-digit number on your prepaid card.
4. Enter the account to be debited and the payment details.
5. Check the payment details and confirm the payment.
6. The credit will be loaded onto your prepaid card in a few seconds, on any working day and at any time (24/7).
