We are delighted to announce that UBS Singapore has moved to a new office location at 9 Penang Road and we look forward to welcoming you there in the new year! This move brings together our Singapore-based businesses under one roof, housing more than 3,000 employees who were previously located at One Raffles Quay, Suntec City and the Command House.

Our move also celebrates UBS’s 50 successful years in Singapore and demonstrates our commitment to strengthening our global business and value proposition for our valued clients in Singapore and across Asia Pacific.

UBS Singapore will now operate as twin hubs at 9 Penang Road and Hansa Point located at Changi. UBS at Hansa Point will continue to be our Technology and Operations Hub, where the backbone of our businesses operates and where business continuity is ensured.

The Istana

The Istana, which is Malay for “palace”, is the official residence and office of the President of Singapore. The historic building, built in the late 19th century during the British colonial rule, is often used for state functions and opened to the public on selected national holidays.

Singapore Art Museum

The Singapore Art Museum was the first fully dedicated contemporary visual arts museum in Singapore. Specialising in Southeast Asian and Singaporean contemporary pieces, the museum has housed some of the region’s most important artworks. In 2019, the museum closed its doors for a revamp that would enhance its facilities, the revamp is expected to be completed in 2021.

National Museum of Singapore

The National Museum of Singapore, the oldest of museums on the island, began operations in 1849 at Raffles Institution (then Singapore Institution) before relocating in 1887 to Stamford Road where it has remains to this day. A cultural and architectural landmark, the museum creates exhibits with a focus on those relating to the history of Singapore.

Fort Canning Park

Fort Canning park is a scenic and serene green expanse which has witnessed many of Singapore’s historical milestones. Once home to the palaces of 14th century kings, then a British Army Barracks in World War II, it now features nine historical gardens accompanied by wayfinding and trail guides.

Singapore Management University

The Singapore Management University first began enrolling students in 2000 and has quickly become an internationally renowned institution. With nearly 10,000 undergraduate and post-graduate students from 44 different countries, it was ranked the 8th best young university in the world by QS World University Rankings.

School of the Arts

The School of the Arts (SOTA) is Singapore’s first national pre-tertiary specialised arts school established in 2008. SOTA identifies and develops young artistic talents through a vibrant learning environment anchored in the arts, leading to the International Baccalaureate Diploma or a Career-Related Programme.

LASALLE College of the Arts

LASALLE College of the Arts is Asia’s leading tertiary institution in contemporary arts. Its campus’ iconic angular architecture houses contemporary art exhibition and gallery spaces, and is also equipped with the region's first Theatre and Art Production Workshop for the construction of full-scale stage sets.
