Switzerland's most digital bank 2024

In a study conducted by Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, UBS emerged as Switzerland’s most digital bank – for a third time since 2021. According to the study conducted by the Institute of Financial Services Zug (IFZ) and the digital think tank e.foresight, UBS's digital offering impresses with its many functionalities and is ranked best amongst the 40 surveyed banks active in Switzerland.

Based on 132 factors, the IFZ of Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, in cooperation with e.foresight, examined the level of digitization of retail banks operating in Switzerland within the retail client business. Digital functionalities, services and products were analyzed.
