Tipp: Please note that in the event of a modification (death, tenant moves in or out) the old UBS Rental Surety Savings Account will be closed and opened for a new banking relationship.

Before filling out the form, be sure you meet the following requirements:
- All signatures must always be originals
- To ensure correct processing, we need the following information: account number / IBAN, name of bank, name of account holder
- The form needs to stay in its original state, without deletions or corrections
In case of death, we also require the following documents:
- A copy of the family register or a copy of the certificate of inheritance of the deceased person
- A copy of a legally valid proof of identity (passport, ID or driver's license) of all heirs
- Signatures of all heirs on the termination order for the deposit

First of all, please open a new UBS Rental Surety Savings Account using the form “Security for rental agreement” with your new details.
Please wait for confirmation of opening, which we’ll send you within five working days.
Next, submit the “Request for repayment of the rental surety” (closing your old account). Do not forget to include the account number of the new rental surety savings account.
Increasing the deposit amount: To increase the deposit, you only need to submit the “Surety for rental agreement” form.
Reducing the deposit amount: To reduce the deposit, you only need to submit the “Request for repayment of the rental surety” form.
Exceptions: You can notify name changes and changes of management and/or ownership by letter.
