How can I increase the available amount on my UBS Credit Card?
The fastest way to do this is to make a bank transfer (payment by card) in E-Banking or Mobile Banking. The new limit will then be available immediately.
You can temporarily increase the amount available by transferring money to the card. To permanently increase the credit limit, you must submit an application form (see “Increase credit limit”).

On your smartphone
- Log on to the Mobile Banking App.
- Navigate to “Payments > New > To card”.
- Select the UBS Credit Card for which you want to increase the available amount.
- Select your bank account and enter your preferred transfer amount.
- The new limit will then be available immediately.
On your computer
- Log on to E-Banking.
- Navigate to “Payments > Direct access > Payment to card”.
- Select the UBS Credit Card for which you want to increase the available amount.
- Select your bank account, enter your preferred transfer amount and follow the instructions.
- The new limit will then be available immediately.
If you wish to increase the available amount on a different UBS Credit Card, simply enter the 16-digit UBS Credit Card number.

Loading a prepaid card works in exactly the same way as described for credit cards.
