Block my debit card
If your card has been lost or stolen, you should block it immediately to prevent fraud.
Tip: If you have only misplaced your card and just want to block it until you find it, you can temporarily deactivate your card instead.

How to block your card
On your smartphone
1. Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
2. Tap Cards.
3. Tap the card you’d like to block.
4. Tap Block.
5. Follow the instructions.
Your card will be blocked immediately. A replacement card will automatically be sent to you by mail.
On your computer
1. Log in to E-Banking
2. Navigate to Accounts & Cards > Block card
3. Select the card you’d like to block and follow the instructions
Your card will be blocked immediately. A replacement card will be sent to you automatically by mail.
Costs
Blocking and replacing a card by phone: CHF 40
There is no charge for blocking your card via the Mobile Banking App or E-Banking.
