I have problems scanning the QR code with my Access App
Here are a few steps you can try:
- Increase screen brightness
- Make sure the camera is correctly focused on the QR code
- Make sure your smart phone is connected to the internet, consider switching to the cellular network
- Close and re-open the Access App
- Restart your smartphone
My contract has been blocked
Unfortunately, there is currently no way to unblock your contract online.
