UBS key4 business: Opening an account via the Mobile Banking App

Quite easily via app
- Download the UBS Mobile Banking App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Answer a few questions about yourself and your company.
- Have your ID or passport from one of these countries ready so that we can identify you in the video call.
- Sign the contracts digitally in the app.
- Set up the secure login via the Access App.
- When opening a capital deposits account:
- Pay your capital into the capital deposits account.
- Register your company in the commercial register.
- Complete the account opening process in the Mobile Banking App.

- Answer a few questions about yourself and your company.
- We will call you within a few days for a short conversation.
- Have your ID or passport from one of these countries ready so that we can identify you.
- When opening a capital deposits account:
- Sign the capital deposits payment receipt that you received by post.
- Pay your capital into the capital deposits account.
- Register your company in the commercial register.
- Sign the opening documents for your corporate account.
As a UBS private client
- Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
- Click “More” at the bottom right of the home screen.
- Go to “Products”.
- Select “Corporate Accounts”.
- You will be logged out and can start the opening process via app.
Please note that you do not need to activate the Access App again. Important: please write down your contract number during the opening process and add it in the Access App.
- We will send you the documents physically.
- We kindly ask you to check them, sign them with a legally valid signature and send them back to us.
- As soon as we receive all the documents, we will send you your IBAN by email and explain the next steps.
There is probably a technical error.
- Close the app and start all over again.
- Make sure you have a stable Internet connection.
- Check if the mobile number you entered is correct.
- Tap “Request new code”.
- Your answers will be saved for 72 hours as long as the app is running in the background.
- If you close the app, your data will be lost. Just start from the beginning.

Do you already have a personal account at UBS?
- Open the Mobile Banking App, then you will find your contract number in your Access App.
- Select the contract number for your corporate account and log in.
- On the page that is displayed, you will find your current status and details of the next steps to complete to activate your corporate account.
Can’t find your contract number?
You can find your contract number in your Access App.
- Click “Settings” at the bottom right, then select “Manage access authorizations”.
- There you will find your contract number.
