To record authorized persons directly in E-Banking, select "Authorizations" on the homepage. An active banking relationship is required.

1. Full name
2. Date of birth
3. Nationality
4. Place of work
5. Domicile country
6. Mobile number
7. Desired authorizations

Authorized signatures:

1. Individual signing authority
2. Collective signing authority for two
3. Authorization to obtain information

Authorizations in E-Banking:

1. Right to view: search for payments incl. or excl. salary payments
2. Right to enter: entry of payments incl. or excl. salary payments
3. Trading orders
4. Digital bank documents

Click on “Authorizations” to start the process

Add one or more new authorized person(s)

Enter the personal data of the new authorized person(s)

Specify the authorized signatories

Define authorizations for E-Banking

Determine who should sign the required contracts

Review the next steps to finalize the process and complete the activation of the authorized person(s)

Once the documents have been digitally or physically signed and returned to us, they will be processed within a few days and the tools for accessing E-Banking will be delivered. Afterwards, the newly authorized person can log in to E-Banking.

You can edit or delete authorizations. The change request is processed and will be visible to you in E-Banking after processing.
