To download documents from the Safe onto your computer, mark the desired document and click on. Note: Dragging a file from the Safe to your desktop will not download the file.
Downloading an entire folder will have it compressed into a ZIP file, which can be re-extracted by double-clicking it.
If you would like to open a downloaded document, software must be installed on the computer that can read the file format in question (e.g. MS Word).
