Submit a complaint about a TWINT transaction

It can take up to 10 days for a transaction to be accepted by the recipient. If the transaction has not been accepted by the recipient within 10 days, it will be reversed automatically. Please wait until your transaction is at least 10 days old before submitting a complaint.

Once a transaction has been accepted and is 10 days or older, you can submit a complaint. We will then investigate the transaction and try to help you find a resolution.
