Contacts not displayed

This problem occurs if you’ve not given UBS TWINT access to your contacts. To allow access, you need to give UBS TWINT access to your contacts in the device settings for applications.

The data will of course be treated as confidential.

Invalid number

UBS TWINT only accepts recipients with a valid Swiss mobile number in the format: +41 7X XXX XX XX.
