1. In the UBS TWINT App, tap on “Cash withdrawal” under “More”
  2. Select a participating store near you on the Sonect site
  3. Define the amount and pay via TWINT
  4. Present the barcode at the checkout in store
  5. And the desired amount will be paid out to you

The amount will be debited directly via TWINT. You can withdraw a maximum of 200 francs per transaction and a maximum of 1,000 francs per month. The maximum amount that can be paid out in each case depends on the cash availability in the selected store.

The fees for a cash withdrawal are 1 franc for a withdrawal of up to 100 francs or 1.5 francs for 101 to 200 francs.
