UBS Europe SE enters into non-cleared OTC derivative transactions with its 100% mother company UBS AG, Switzerland. Based on an exemption from the general bilateral margining requirement of such transactions for intra-group transactions, BaFin has allowed UBS Europe SE to enter into transactions within this context with a gross annual nominal value of up to EUR 5,245,544,000 Million without exchange of bilateral margining.
