Zurich, 4 December 2023 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding USD 2.5bn additional tier 1 instrument with ISIN US90352JAF03/USH4209UAT37 (the "AT1 instrument") on 31 January 2024, the first call date. The last trading day will be 29 January 2024. The AT1 instrument was issued by UBS Group AG on 31 January 2019 and is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
