Redemption of UBS Group AG senior unsecured notes
Zurich, 26 March 2024 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding EUR 1,750,000,000 Senior Fixed Rate/Fixed Rate Notes with ISIN CH0409606354 (the "Notes") on the optional redemption date, being 17 April 2024. The last trading day of the Notes will be 15 April 2024.
The Notes were issued by UBS Group AG on 17 April 2018 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
