Flexibility and time off

We’ve long supported flexible working options. As a result, most employees are eligible to work partially from home depending on their role, regulatory restrictions and location (and any divisional or functional requirements, of course). When it comes to time off, annual vacation helps employees recharge their batteries and balance their professional and personal lives.

We recognize that balancing work and family life is a key priority for our employees. That’s why we make sure parental leave, including adoption leave, is available to all employees, as indicated in local HR policies, and all locations offer family-related leave.

Last year, my screening led to an unexpected breast cancer diagnosis but fortunately the early detection enabled me to start my treatment journey quickly and after surgery and several months of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, I was told that there was no evidence of disease.
