UBS London Office UBS Together: championing women in leadership event
What does it mean to be visible in the workplace? How can you break boundaries?
Two UBS Investment Bank leaders went to Kenya on a mission to find their own personal purpose and learn how to become a more conscious and purpose driven leader.
This unique journey started with Casey Whymark, Head of Global Markets UBS IB Switzerland, two years ago. While working together with our partner organization Aiducation - a high impact nonprofit organization based in Switzerland, offering higher education to students in developing countries, he was introduced to the “Leader as a Coach” academy.
Taking on this opportunity, Casey asked Anna-Naomi and Ronny if they were willing to venture on a 5-day coaching journey with the goal to strengthen their leadership impact through connecting themselves to their individual purpose, strengthening their self-awareness and further developing their emotional intelligence. All the while coaching Kenyan young talents.
Hear directly from Casey, Anna-Naomi, and Ronny about this unique journey, experiences, challenges, and how this journey has impacted their private and working lives.
