Our 18-month training program is your platform to become an expert in banking. From our core business, to more specialist areas, the entire program is built on professional training and real experience.

How you will develop

Your program

Within your 18-month training, you’ll complete three practical assignments of six months. At least two of these will be in the core banking business, whilst in some regions the third can also be in a supporting area such as Human Resources or Marketing.

Once you are finished with your apprenticeship, you will have interesting opportunities for permanent employment or for the internal JUNA program.

Your learning curve

You will acquire the theoretical basics of the banking field at the CYP in addition to our in-house specialist training.

You will be supported by a practice instructor during your entire training period.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people who are willing to constantly learn new things. Completion of a full-time middle school or a three-year commercial middle school is a must. Being a team player and the ability to take the initiative will help you stand out.

This program starts in both March and September. We offer it in different regions but please only apply for the region you're living in. All applications need to be completed online. The following documents must be attached:

Curriculum vitae (CV)
Letter of motivation
Certificates from the last three semesters
If available: Matura certificate and/or enrolment confirmation, diplomas, pre-diplomas, work certificates, etc.
