With the chance to receive one-on-one coaching from some of the best in the industry, our 18–24-month UBS Graduate Talent Program (GTP) is the best way to start your career. In most divisions, rotation is key to our training, so, you’ll work across different teams, learning all there is to know about financial markets, our services, products and UBS day-to-day. You’ll build your network and take on real responsibility in an environment that's designed to help you thrive.

Your development
From the moment you join, you’ll be supported by our experienced Junior Talent team for anything you might need, along with your line manager and buddy who'll work with you throughout. GTP Discovery kickstarts your program, an interactive 3-day training to introduce you to all aspects of life at UBS. And our Ready 4 Work training will prepare you for your job.
You don’t need a degree in finance to be eligible, but we love performance-driven people who share their unique perspectives. Ideally, you’re a people person who doesn’t shy away from a good challenge. The world of finance is fast paced, but we’re known for thoughtful and well-defined solutions.
