We aim to be a data driven organization. AI & Data COE is at the forefront of transforming (and normalizing) this data. We’re connecting global data communities and improving re-usability, transparency, and discovery of data assets throughout the firm.
How do we do this? By deploying next generation technologies and ideas to improve the operational speed of AI in a commercial environment. On the people front, we’re building a community of data experts that can rapidly improve local and enterprise level data projects anywhere in the world.

ADA works across the firm in all business divisions and group functions, known as ADA Spokes. Each spoke has different data assets, tools, complexities, and regulatory challenges, meaning you will build a broad set of skills during each rotation.

Contributing to challenging projects using advanced ML models to predict client behaviors and make recommendations to enable a ‘Netflix-style’ experience for clients.
Investment Bank
Building sophisticated interest models to enhance sales and using tree post ML algorithms for electronic trading.
Personal & Corporate Banking
Applying the latest techniques in ML and AI to generate the next best action recommendations for client advisors.
Group Sustainability & Impact
Leveraging a deep Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) data pool to drive innovative client investment solutions and tackle the sustainability and impact agenda.
IT
Create ML & deep learning models for cyber and information security use cases to reduce intrusion and improve detection capabilities.
Risk
Enhancing automated reporting insights to scan and scrutinize documentation and optimize the process of flagging risk from publicly available financial information.
