UBS Tomorrow’s Talent Program
Understand how your individual diversity can be your greatest strength and our biggest asset.
We know that when you start university, you might not be thinking about what your career will be like ten years down the road. We’re here to help show you the way and get you career-ready. Whether you’re in your first, second or third year of university, the UBS Tomorrow’s Talent Program will help you to grow your potential and realize your professional aspirations.
How? By bringing out your YOUniqueness. You’ll get the opportunity to network and learn from the best of UBS, inspirational leaders from across the business and experts in everything financial industry. We’ll show you how to build your personal brand and get you ready to hit the job market. We believe that different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences are the key to anyone’s success – own yours, and let your greatest strength be our best asset.
UBS Tomorrow’s Talent will give you up close and personal learning opportunities that get you thinking about your future career. You’ll have access to coaching sessions, mentors, online learning materials and virtual events – and it’s easy to participate while you study. Our goal is to help you:
- figure out what you like, what you don’t like, and realize what you’re good at
- get an intro into how the financial industry works
- successfully job search and nail the application process
As you continue throughout the program while you study, you’ll be able to participate in different internship opportunities, like our Summer Internship Program. You’ll need to apply like everyone else, but we’ll make sure you’re prepared and know what to expect.
Lastly, if you love the program, become an intern and perform well, you could receive an offer to our graduate talent program after you graduate. (The program is awesome, just sayin’).
We welcome students from all degree backgrounds, as we know you’ll bring different perspectives to the table. Explore timelines and eligibility for each hiring region.
