Webcast

GlobalMeet has been selected as the official webcast provider for the Industrials and Transportation Conference. Webcasting enables your presentation to reach the largest possible audience and it ensures that your company meets Regulation-FD requirements. If you would like to secure a webcast of your company's presentation for your own IR/Corporate Communications needs, please do so via the link below.

Company materials

UBS will not be supplying printed copies of presentations. In an effort to conserve resources, we do not recommend producing or sending any hard copy/printed materials on-site to the conference.

Presentation

Speaker ready room

Please check in at least one hour prior to your presentation. Presentations will be collected from you in the speaker ready room and can be delivered on a USB drive or by email. You will have the opportunity to review the presentation with a graphic artist and make minor adjustments.   Alternatively, you may upload your presentation prior to the conference. Detailed instructions will be distributed closer to the event.

Audio Visual Support

The presentation room will be equipped with a podium, sound system, chairs or stools on stage, projection screen, a single confidence monitor showing the same content sent to the screen and appropriate stage lighting. A laptop can be supplied if necessary and arranged ahead of the event. Alternately, your personal laptop may be integrated with our video projection and sound system at the podium or at the control station in the rear of the room. (Please arrange for this option prior to the conference)

Slide Presentations and Videos

Please indicate in the Presenting Company Registration the type of program to be used (PowerPoint or PDF). Please inform us if your presentation includes audio. If you intend on presenting a video embedded in PowerPoint, or some other format, please give us exact specifications in advance and include the video as a separate .mp4 or .mov file on your media presented in the Speaker Ready Room or uploaded prior to the event. We encourage you to provide all media prior to the event and to check with our AV provider to be sure that the presentations have been received and are formatting correctly for our system.

Special Note:  Please include any custom or unusual fonts with your submitted presentation to ensure correct presentation formatting.  If bringing your own computer, please make sure to bring a back-up copy of your presentation on a USB for the production team and any adapters you may need to enable HDMI output from your laptop.
