Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is recommended you reserve your hotel accommodation as soon as possible but no later than Wednesday, April 9, 2025 in order to receive the group rate. After this date, all unserved rooms will be released.

Please note hotel cancellation policy: Cancellations for a guest room reservation must be made 10 days prior to arrival.  Reservations cancelled within 10 days of arrival will be charged one night deposit.
