We are writing to you as a Shareholder to inform you that pursuant to the terms of the prospectus of the Company (the "Prospectus") and the supplement for each Fund (the "Supplement"), the Directors have exercised their discretion to designate two additional Dealing Days on 4 May 2020 and 1 June 2020 in respect of the Funds (each, an "Additional Dealing Day").
