The purpose of this notice is to make you aware of a change to the share settlement structure for the Company which takes effect from 00.01 a.m. on 22 June 2020 (the "Effective Date") whereby all sub-funds of the Company will convert to a share settlement structure within an International Central Securities Depositary+ ("ICSD+") model. This is in furtherance to the announcements issued on 15 October 2019, 7 November 2019 and 29 November 2019 on this proposal.
