UBS «Anfos» with pleasing year-end results

UBS «Anfos» achieved a performance of 21.1% in the 2019/2020 financial year, well above the benchmark (SXI Real Estate Funds TR). Thanks to an increase in rental income of CHF 2.6 million to around CHF 121.7 million, profitability was further strengthened. Successful refurbishment projects, property acquisitions and revaluations of the portfolio increased the market value of the portfolio by CHF 104 million to around CHF 2,808 million. UBS «Anfos» generated an attractive investment return of 6.3% and saw its net asset value per unit increase by 3.0% to CHF 59.89. The pleasing annual result reflects the leading position of UBS «Anfos» as a residential real estate fund in German-speaking Switzerland.
