The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") hereby informs the shareholders of the Company, and anyone for whom this may be of concern, on the results of the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 7 April 2021 whereby a resolution was passed to approve the proposed name change of the Company and, therefore, make you aware that effective from 7 April 2021 the Company has changed its denomination from UBS ETF to UBS (Lux) Fund Solutions.
