UBS «Foncipars»: Capital increase with subscription rights; UBS «Foncipars», UBS «Sima», UBS «Swissreal»: Distribution and net asset value

From 29 April to 7 May 2021 UBS Switzerland AG will carry out a capital increase with subscription rights for UBS «Foncipars». Official subscription rights trading will take place on the SIX Swiss Exchange from 29 April to 5 May 2021.

In addition, the fund management company has fixed the distribution for UBS «Foncipars», UBS «Sima» an UBS «Swissreal» based on the funds results as per 31 December 2020.
