The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") hereby informs the shareholders of the Company, and anyone for whom this may be of concern, that it was decided to replace PricewaterhouseCoopers, having its registered office at 2, rue Gerhard Mercator, L-2182 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg Register of Commerce and Companies under number B 65477 and being the current auditor of the Company, with Ernst & Young, having its registered office at 35E, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with effect from 15 April 2021.
