The 2021 Forbes Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors were selected by SHOOK Research and chosen based on an algorithm of qualitative and quantitative criteria, such as industry experience, revenue produced, assets under management, and compliance records. These top next-gen advisors represent the future of the wealth management industry.

The minimum criteria set by Forbes/SHOOK include Individual AUM of $100M, Individual T12 Production of $600k, NYSE LOS of 4 years, UBS LOS of 1 year, birth year of 1982 or more recent and an acceptable HR and Compliance record.

While for some, it is their first year as UBS List Makers, others in list have achieved ranking through Forbes/SHOOK for three consecutive years.
