UBS (Irl) ETF plc – Notice to Shareholders - Temporary reduction in the Flat Fee

We are writing to inform you about a temporary reduction in the Flat Fee charged to share classes of the Funds, as described in the Appendix hereto. The reduced fees described in the Appendix will apply for the period from 28 February 2022 to 28 February 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the Flat Fee will return to the current fee described in the Appendix from 1 March 2023, subject to any notification from the Board otherwise.
