4.1% increase in net asset value

UBS «Anfos» achieved an attractive investment return of 7.2% for the 2021/2022 financial year. The successful refurbishment and new construction projects as well as upgrades in the portfolio contributed to the 4.1% increase in the net asset value per share to CHF 64.42. At the end of the year, the market value of the property portfolio rose by CHF 156 million to CHF 3081.2 million. Rental income increased by CHF 3.3 million to CHF 127.5 million year-on-year, enabling the fund to strengthen its earning power by 2.7%. With this rewarding annual result, UBS «Anfos» is strengthening its leading position as a residential real estate fund within the German-speaking area of Switzerland.
